Would you say that both of these images are based on the same picture? Needless to say, Photoshop is a Very Powerful Tool. Especially when it's paired with a Wacom tablet.

This particular illustration had a specific requirement. The message was supposed to be conveyed through images only. No text allowed. How many images do you think there is? No, it's not three. It's not five. It's eight images combined plus some illustrator and photoshop effects.
